Bringing character into this home was a labor of love, to create a realistic and achievable plan for our clients, we staggered the project into phases. We cater to our clients so they have the right amount of support to accomplish their goals, no matter their schedule or lifestyle.

With sustainability in mind, we saved as much of the existing tile as we could; both in the living room fireplace and primary bathroom. We were lucky enough to have gorgeous original tiles, by carefully curating the paint colors, we’re able to get the perfect hue to complement and elevate their finish. Upstairs we married in new decorative chair rail and penny tiles creating a soft quilted texture for a comforting spa like shower experience. Exposed brick and custom designed mosaic floors lean into the comforting vibes and create a home that feels welcoming and sophisticated.
