The next phase is where we get to the details; our team begins research, programming, and establishing a baseline design with preliminary documentation.
03 REFINE
In our third phase our focus is reality. We’re analyzing cost, timeline, and value engineering to create an ideal outcome with precise documentation to make everything easy to understand and build.
04 FINALE
The fun part, bringing it to life! In our final phase, our team moves into procurement, project management, and install. We’re focused on keeping the project on track with consistent clear communication to reveal a space you’ll love.

First, get in contact with us, tell us about your project and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We find it takes between 2-3 weeks from intial contact to contract signing. From there, design is dependent on scope of work and construction deadlines. If you have a specific timeline, let us know, we want to make the process easy for you!

Spark Package Details
+ Initial Visit, 60-90 minutes We visit your space, gather information and discuss your vision as we break down specifics of each room. This is the opportunity for you to pick my brain on any space you'd like.
+ Scope Preparation, 10 days This is internal time to prepare a full scope of work and contract per your exact needs for your ideal outcome.
+ Scope Presentation Meeting, 2 hours Our second meeting in the space, I'll bring sweet treats and finishes for you to get ideas based on what you've expressed. I'll review the full scope of work line by line for each room and possible costs associated. I provide a contract with estimates of my time to complete your project as well as project deck examples of similar projects. Then you get to decide if it’s the right fit to move forward!
